4D-Life creates instruction and hands-on training to the Stemmer Teachers
- Stemmers apply as school-based teams ranging from 3-5 members. School teams create a critical mass within their schools to create effective STEM learning opportunities for all students. School teams imagine, plan, execute, and measure a school-specific STEM Blueprint Plan across the school district. We focus on the middle grades because this developmental level is key to fostering interest and engagement in STEM, especially for under-represented populations.
- Stemmers and their students will participate in research throughout the fellowship. Research questions focus on teacher leadership, core instructional practices, and the relationship among STEM learning environments and student interest, learning, and identity.
Youth involvement in sports – Fostering competitive sports through training and mentoring. Upon establishing the foundation / fundamental skill sets, of which, “next level” development, progression and proficiency is based on, with character development and decision-making sharing primary focus.

Our Program
The industrial and manufacturing trade encompasses a diverse range of sectors involved in producing goods on a large scale, including machinery, textiles, automobiles, electronics, and more. It involves processes such as fabrication, assembly, quality control, and logistics, contributing to the creation and distribution of products that drive economies and shape modern societies. From reading blueprints, to basic carpentry skills.
Real World Experienced Instructors
We equip teenagers with essential skills in blueprint reading and basic carpentry, covering a wide range of fundamental tasks such as plumbing, drywall installation, electrical procedures, and repairs. Our comprehensive training program provides hands-on experience and knowledge to prepare them for real-world challenges in these fields.
